On our Patient Portal, you can access your child's medical chart.  This is linked to the email you provided us with your registration.  If you have been to the portal before, or recently obtained your portal access, press the button below.

If you are new to the patient portal, we will need to send you a link to setup your account.  For non-urgent requests, email us your child's name and DOB.  For urgent access, please call.
